Save Today. Build for Tomorrow.

If you enroll in an eligible High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), a Health Savings Account can help you save and pay for qualified healthcare expenses while taking advantage of valuable tax benefits.
Your HSA is your account. Unused funds roll over from year to year, and the account stays with you if you change medical plans, change jobs, or retire.
BrightSpring Helps You Save
For 2027, BrightSpring will contribute up to $500 to the HSA for eligible employees when enrolling and contributing to an HSA. Company contributions are made on a per-pay-period basis.
Why an HSA?
Save Tax-Free
Your eligible HSA contributions can be made on a pre-tax basis.
Spend Tax-Free
Withdrawals for qualified medical expenses are generally tax-free.
Grow Tax-Free
Interest and investment earnings can grow tax-free when HSA requirements are met.
Your Money Rolls Over
There is no annual “use it or lose it” rule. Unused HSA funds remain in your account from year to year.
It’s Yours to Keep
Your HSA belongs to you, even if you leave BrightSpring.
HSA Contribution Limits
If you are age 55 or older by the end of the year and otherwise eligible, you may contribute an additional $1,000 catch-up contribution.
Important: The IRS Limit Includes BrightSpring’s Contribution
The annual HSA contribution limit applies to all contributions made to your HSA, including your contributions and BrightSpring’s contributions. If you turn age 55 or older during the year, you are permitted to make a catch-up contribution of an additional $1,000.
For example, under individual coverage, the 2027 maximum is $4,500. If you receive the full $500 BrightSpring contribution, the remaining amount available for your contributions would be $4,000.
| 2027 | Company Contributes up to… | You may contribute… | For a maximum of… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $500 | $4,000 | $4,500 |
| Dual or Family Coverage | $500 | $8,500 | $9,000 |
